Appen fungerer veldig bra sammen med Shopify og var overraskende enkel å sette opp. Hele prosessen gikk raskt, og det var lett å komme i gang uten masse teknisk styr. Det vi liker aller best er hvor brukervennlig løsningen er. Det er enkelt å oppdatere chatboten, gjøre endringer og tilpasse den etter behov. I tillegg er supporten helt topp – vi får rask hjelp når vi trenger det, og det merkes at utviklerne virkelig bryr seg om kundene sine. Ekstra gøy at appen er utviklet av norske gutter som virkelig har laget et solid produkt. Kan absolutt anbefales til andre Shopify-butikker som ønsker en enkel og effektiv chatbot-løsning.
Overraskende mye funksjonalitet og kan besvare alle typer henvendelser. Den kan gjøre alt fra å gi informasjon til å faktisk utføre handlinger som å legge inn adresse eller lignende for en bestilling.
