Whatify has made our Shopify order management much smoother. Automatic WhatsApp confirmations, tracking updates, and abandoned cart recovery are working perfectly. The AI address validation is a great addition for reducing fake COD orders. Simple setup and very useful app for ecommerce stores.

This app has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged for a plan that didn’t even work, and when I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay a second time with a promise that the first payment would be refunded. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. I ended up being charged twice for a non-working service, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no refund and no proper resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Paying for something that doesn’t work is bad enough—but being misled into paying again with a false refund promise is unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this app to any Shopify store owner. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

WhatsApp Restricted! As i scan the connection QR code with my WhatsApp business, my whatsapp business get restricted. do not install this app, it feels spamy.
