even you make uninstall to the app still shown in your website automatically if you install it on time then you don't have option to remove it take care
First of all it slows down the website loading significantly - second they keep on increasing the fee and refuse your the service even though you are subscribed to prior Paid service agreement - uninstalling the app soon - And yes ZERO support!
Finally, I can find a good Chat Button on my online store Blue Edges (https://blue-edges.com). It's clean, easy to be understood, provide multiple IM for customers to choose. Thanks for this great tool!
This app does not work properly and there is no support in English. Not worth the time installing this app.

Worst customer service ever. Its written that it works on phone and tables it doesn't! Also it only appears on desktop that too one customer once in a day and that again after waiting for 15 seconds or so lol and when I emailed about they were rude and clueless worst app! Paid version is pointless!
Easy one step installation! I love this app, it makes my customers reach out to me a lot quicker which in turn allows me to give great customer service and turn chats into sales. Strongly recommend this app! Kind Regards, @ogiisapparel
