A Must-Have Shopify App for RTO, Abandoned Carts & Customer Communication This has been a really valuable app for our Shopify store and has helped automate several tasks that otherwise require a lot of manual effort. The AI call and WhatsApp agents are particularly useful for RTO management, order confirmation and customer communication, making the overall process much easier and more efficient. One of the biggest advantages is their abandoned cart recovery. The app uses well-written WhatsApp messages and calls to follow up with customers and help convert abandoned carts into actual orders. The AI call agents are very well trained, accurate and sound professional, which makes the conversations feel much more natural. I was also impressed by how quickly the system understood our business. We didn't have to spend hours providing information—the AI was able to fetch and understand a lot of the required information directly from our website, which made the setup process extremely easy. Another useful feature is automated delivery updates through WhatsApp/messages, keeping customers informed about their orders without our team having to manually follow up. Overall, this is a very good Shopify automation app for e-commerce stores looking to reduce manual work, improve RTO management, recover abandoned carts, automate customer support and streamline order communication. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. Definitely a must-have Shopify app for D2C and e-commerce businesses looking to automate operations and save time.
This App is one of the best app in app store. We have been able to manage over 1000 calls in short time using Ai agents to handle many various tasks that humanly impossible to handle. Managing store calls, address checks, abandoned checkouts, and payment reminders used to take up way too much time. Having these agents run in parallel boosted our conversions while saving us tons of effort daily. The support team have been amazing and instantly available to address all our customization requests. Highly recommend this app.
