Great customer service! The only thing I would change for the free version is to bump up the number of responses to 50 instead of 25. Other than that this app is great!
I have been creating surveys using this app for a few years now. It works very well and allows for customization of all text and visuals. The customer service is excellent as well. Very good company.
The App backend is not working and we contacted the support as we are not able to proceed with a campaign but no answer from their side. that's not acceptable at all.
This app is super friendly! Mithsou was amazing with the guidance during the set up process.
Great app, easy to use and to customize and the best part is the wonderful customer service team! They respond quickly and go the extra mile to help with any issues or customizations. Really impressed :)
It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing!
