The worst email system I have ever used. I had a better UX experience in the 90's. Completely unusable. Telling me that they will happily take my monthly subscription and then help me set up a different service overlay is absurd! Not sure what they do...

Our webmail is powered by an open-source, industry-standard platform; the same one offered by practically every email provider, with the exception of a few major players like Gmail and Hotmail who have the resources to build proprietary systems from the ground up. It is, in short, the norm rather than the exception. What we would encourage, though, is reaching out to us when something isn't working for you. Had you contacted us, we'd have immediately suggested using a dedicated email client app instead. Our mailboxes work seamlessly with every major email client on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. Most users find it a significantly better experience. Support was quick to reply with detailed instructions on how to rectify my problem. They also offered to fix my issue if I couldnt and followed up quickly to ensure everything was done correctly.

This has been one of my best customer service experiences ever. I changed my email name, and I was afraid that I was going to lose all my previous info, but Dan helped me with the process to migrate my old emails from the old account to the new one, and it was a breeze. He was willing to help me set up my DNS as well, and he was there from beginning to end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hosted Email for your business. Listen, I am not exaggerating, the customer service was almost perfect.

Best in class Email Hosting for Shopify. Outstanding fast support by Dan Support Tech too. We are a NOT for Profit so needed a no-cost basic functionality for alias emails only. This is the one to install! Easy.

Had a great experience with Dan and Jack in the support team. We have been using this email client for about three years, and every time we have needed support, primarily for integrating changes on our end rather than issues on their side, we have received fantastic assistance. The communication is quick and to the point. They are always willing to help and take care of tasks for us so we can get back to business. I wish we could give them more than five stars. This is an easy to use, simple, email service which is perfect for me. I am writing this review today because this week, Shopify updated which unintentionally shut down Hosted Email 24 hours. Normally, I never have issues with Hosted Email. I found a way to email them via the support system and told them I won't get any email they send me but wanted to let them know their app down. A customer service rep called me right away and let me know what was happening. He helped me sign in on the website version of the email service. They also emailed after Shopify fixed the problem on their end to let me know what happened. I have to say the customer service was very polite, helpful and kind. Very nice company.
