Tons of customization for such a lightweight and affordable app. Customer support has been fast and helpful! When we've reached out with issues, we get customized advice based on our actual setup, rather than a boilerplate answer or simply a link to docs.

CC Relocate+ has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It gives customers an easy way to update their order information after checkout, (we have preorders) which lets customers update well after purcahse and closer to the time we are shipping Also - Jason is fantastic. He’s extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to look into any questions or issues that come up. That level of support makes a huge difference - and hoenstly makes the difference between a good and bad experience Definitely recommended for any Shopify store that needs post order address changes

Absolutely vital app that works perfectly. Makes my life easier by allowing customers to make changes that otherwise my customer service team would have to make. Customers love it too! Support is super responsive. This is a no brainer.

This app does exactly what we need it to do! Allowing customers time to make changes to their order and/or shipping address before it's processed by our warehouse saves us quite a lot of cost overtime. The support is also excellent, I reached out about a feature I'd like to see on the app and they replied instantly to confirm it's on the roadmap, and even offered to fast track it for me.

We were struggling with a high number of support tickets around address changes, adding a note and order changes after checkout. This app made it super easy for the customer to make changes to their order on the thank you page before the order reached our 3PL for fulfilment. Really intuitive setup and great support too.

I think this is a great app. We tried a similar one and had a lot of issues - this works seamlessly and has decreased the number of customer services inquiries we receive.

We've been using Relocate on 3 different stores the Relocate team has been very helpful and responsive when requesting customization. We were able to reduce CS workload by allowing customers to edit their shipping address or cancel their order themselves before it is shipped. The setup was quick and easy.

Jason and the team were incredible. Very attentive and kind, not to mention we needed a completely new integration to utilize address/order editing and they immediately jumped in to get this going. Relocate is communicative and affordable -- you won't regret hopping on board.
